Food Trading & Catering services is another division of Shams group which has been very active, successfully providing catering services in the major developmental project sites of Dubai in the last few years.
Our main strength is our professional expertise, capability and experience in the field of providing catering services in any business sites and our ability to promptly respond to the needs of our highly regarded clients. We strive to provide high quality, reliable and consistent food services to our clients in remote construction sites, labor accommodation facilities etc at reasonable and competitive rates.
We always work in partnership with our clients to ensure that they receive the best possible service. We have a reputation of retaining contracts through consistent delivery of professional and flexible service.
Mushrif Light Foodstuff Trading & Catering Services and Golden Falcon Catering Services are the two arms of our Food & Catering Services division. Following are some of the main clients we serve currently.

Dubai Civil Aviation Authority: - We operate a total of 11 catering outlets in various sites of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority which oversees all aviation related activities including the management of Dubai International Airport and the new Al Maktoum International Airport in Jebel Ali. Out of this 8 are functional and the rest are under construction.

Nakheel Dubai:- Nakheel Developers is one of the world’s largest developers and is a major player in the Dubai real estate industry. We operate 7 catering outlets in the site of Dubai Water Front which is a project expected to become the world’s largest waterfront and largest man-made development in the world. 4 outlets are already operating and another 3 are under construction. We also operate a number of outlets in Palm Jumeirah project which is an artificial island created using land reclamation.

Parkway International Contracting LLC:- Parkway International Contracting is a large construction Co. in Dubai which undertakes to develop commercial, residential and real estate projects for major developers in Dubai. We currently operate 3 outlets in their labor accommodation facilities.

Apart from these major clients, we have agreements with many other companies for providing catering services in their premises. We are proud to always offer our best services to our most valued clients.
